Melissa Robl, a native of Oshkosh, Wis., has been working in the Customer Service department at CaringBridge since March 2006.
While at work, Melissa responds to customer e-mails and phone calls, providing support and guidance for people throughout their CaringBridge experience. Melissa also ensures that the CaringBridge HELP database contains all the right answers and coordinates a group of volunteers that monitor CaringBridge websites for content.
During the past three years, Melissa has fallen in love with the workplace atmosphere.
“CaringBridge is a great place to work because it’s a balance of great people, a great mission and a culture that allows for fun and individuality,” she says. She’s also quick to acknowledge that people work hard at CaringBridge.
